NEJCRW Club Info
  • Our meeting this month is on Monday, July 8, 2019 at Johnny Cascone’s.   We’ll start the Business Meeting Part I at 11:30 AM, speaker after lunch about 12:15 PM, Business Wrap-up after the speaker about 12:45 PM.   
    • Gather at 11:00 AM for registration and lunch payment ($17)
    • Lunch will start at 11:30 AM
    • We will have a Fast Five from Nancy Ingram who is a candidate for JCCC Trustee.  We might also have other JCCC candidates plus some running for WaterOne.
    • Business Meeting will start as the food is served and eaten.
      • Approve minutes and treasurer report
      • Committee chair reports
      • Old Business
        • Several people have indicated that they do not want a buffet.  We will work with Cascone’s to have some other dishes we might find tasty.  For example, Eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Caesar Salad.  We hope to have new choices in August if not earlier.
      • New Business
        • Report on NFRW Convention in September
        • Report on the meeting to elect the new leaders of the Johnson County Republican Party
        • Report on Membership Brunch decisions
        • Possible T-shirts to wear at the brunch – Melania 2020 (see samples below)
    • Speaker will start about 12:15 PM (Talk will be 20-30 minutes allowing time for questions)
    • 50/50 Raffle, Elephant, and Words of Wisdom will be done when the speaker is finished.
  • Our guest speaker will be the Sojourners – History of the US Flag

  • Elephant Club:  11:30 AM, Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at YaYa’s Restaurant. Speaker will be TBD
  • Northeast Johnson County Conservatives Meeting – Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Blue Moose, Prairie Village; 6:15 PM for dinner from the menu; Meeting starts at 7:00 PM
  • Next NEJCRW regular meeting:  11:00 AM, Monday, August 2, 2019 at Cascone’s.  Our speaker is TBD
