Our club has worked with the Safehome women's shelter for many years.  Before Covid-19 made in-person volunteer activities impossible, several members would go to the home monthly.  We were put to work doing whatever needed to be done.  This included:  cleaning storage areas, putting a donated cow into the freezer,  helping the chef cook dinner,  and preparing Christmas gifts for the children in the home.
